i grow up in a house of larger people and i have always struggle with staying thin

i’ve been to 2 consultations in the past regarding getting liposuction in the tummy area. i was told that a tummy tuck would be better (i have 2 kids) there is a bulge and my skin looks slightly wrinkled. anyway, it will take a good while to save up for the tummy tuck so i am seriously considering lipo instead. has anyone who has had children gotten lipo intead of a tummy tuck??? if so were the results good? was there excess skin?? do you know of any websites with pics specifically of women who’ve had children then had this procedure done?? i live in the southwest suburbs of chicago, are there any good docs someone could recommend? sorry for all the questions, i am just rambling lol
